 I want to offer for free, the first class of my 10-week Fixed Expectations course. I have published and made it public before, on my Youtube channel, videos about Trust, Openness, Love, Gratitude, Gongjing, Surrender and Avoiding and Hiding. I am doing it because I do feel the need to help more people, so I thought offering this class for free can be a start.

Fixed Expectations Week 1: 

How can you be who you really are if you want to be what you expect to be?

How can you see reality, if you want reality to be according to your expectations? How can you see Love, or your True Self, if you are blind by how your Fixed expectations tell you how Love and your True Self should be? Dear everyone, it is time to go deep on transforming the patterns, break the False Self, and make your patterns reflect the Tue Self and the laws of the Universe so that you can manifest who you really are and be free from the limitations and illusions of the False Self.

I want to offer you a "10 weeks/classes course", about a fundamental pattern of consciousness, Fixed Expectations. This is a very special pattern because easily enters into conflict with reality, with the Laws of the Universe, and with your True Self, leading you to suffering, confusion, doubts, despair, and disappointment, among other unhealthy states. We will go deep, helping you bring true understanding about the pattern of FIxed Expectations, how to transform it and create new healthy patterns that will guide you toward the direction of your True Self, constantly support you in your progress, and give you more opportunities to interact with me and other participants.

After all the courses about the Heart, you are ready. We will face the patterns without mercy, You are ready, and the strength of our Hearts working together will be exponential. It is time. Wisdom will guide us. The True Human Nature will manifest, the Totality and Onenness will be seen, we will become One, and the True Self will just Be

Here is the structure of this course:
Week 1- Foundations, a basic understanding of the patterns, becoming aware of Fixed Expectations
Week 2- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 3- Deepening understanding of Fixed Expectations and its manifestations
Week 4- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 5- Deepening Fixed Expectations see the nature of this pattern, the difficulties and challenges when working on this pattern,
Week 6- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 7- Deepening Fixed Expectations. With awareness and the heart, find the strength and Wisdom to transform the pattern
Week 8- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 9- Deepening Fixed Expectations, with the bright light Wisdom of your True Self, Ignorance, and suffering will be shattered, and you can be your True Self.
Week 10- Questions and Answers, practice, and final integration
Every week there will be a healing and an integration.

There will also be a weekly breakout room on Zoom, where the participants can meet in small groups to share, discuss, and help each other in this process. This will be organized according to the number of participants and different time zones to make it possible for everyone who wants to participate.

Some adjustments might be made according to the Qi field and needs.
